How to plan a pre-wedding photoshoot

Choosing a location, planning outfits and feeling relaxed on camera: a simple guide to a pre-wedding shoot near Ahilyanagar, Pune, Nashik or beyond.

A pre-wedding shoot is the best way to get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day, and the photos are perfect for invitations and Instagram.

Pick a location that feels like you

Heritage temples, ancient stone caves, green fields after the monsoon, a quiet beach or a hill station: the setting sets the mood. Choose two nearby spots so you get variety without losing light while travelling.

Plan two or three outfits

Pair one traditional look, like a nauvari or lehenga, with one relaxed outfit. Solid colours photograph better than busy prints, and coordinating (not matching) colours look natural together.

Shoot at the right time of day

The hour after sunrise and the hour before sunset give soft, warm light. Midday sun is harsh, so we plan around it.

Relax, we will guide you

You do not need to know how to pose. We give simple directions, like walking together or sharing a laugh, and capture the real moments in between.
