When you send an enquiry through the website or contact us on WhatsApp, phone or Instagram, we collect the details you share: your name, phone number, email address, event date, event location, service requirements and budget range.
How we use it
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, plan and deliver the services you book, and send important updates about your booking. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Photographs of you
Photographs and films we create may include you, your family and guests. We may share selected work in our portfolio, on this website and on our social media. If you prefer that your photos are not published, tell us in writing and we will respect it.
Storage and security
Enquiries are stored on secure hosting with restricted, password-protected access for authorised studio staff only, and a copy is emailed to the studio inbox. We keep information only for as long as needed for your booking, our records and legal requirements.
Third-party services
This website uses Google Fonts, shows advertising from Google AdSense on blog articles, and links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised advertising at https://adssettings.google.com. These services are governed by their own privacy policies.

Booking terms
Using this website
All photographs, films, text and design on this website belong to Eshwar Jadhav Photography and may not be copied, downloaded, edited or reused without written permission.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Availability and pricing are confirmed only in the quotation shared by the studio.
Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the agreed advance payment is received and the date, coverage and deliverables are confirmed in writing. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payments
The balance amount must be paid as agreed in your quotation, normally on or before the event day. Final photographs, films and albums are delivered after full payment.
Rescheduling
If your event date changes, contact us as early as possible. We will try to move your booking to the new date subject to availability; rescheduling is not guaranteed and may involve additional charges.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are shared at booking and depend on the coverage and products ordered. Please keep a backup of your delivered files; we are not responsible for files lost after delivery.
Copyright and usage
Eshwar Jadhav Photography keeps the copyright of all photographs and films. Clients receive a personal-use licence to print and share them. Commercial use needs written permission.
Limitation of liability
In the rare event that we cannot cover your event because of illness, emergencies or circumstances beyond our control, we will try to arrange a suitable replacement photographer. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar), Maharashtra.
NO-REFUND POLICY
Payments are non-refundable
All payments, including advance and booking amounts, are non-refundable. Once a date is booked we turn away other clients for that date, so cancellations by the client for any reason are not eligible for a refund. If the studio is unable to provide the booked service, we will arrange a suitable alternative.
